(Reno, NV) — A man suspected of potential animal abuse is injured after an incident in Reno. It happened in an alleyway at about 3:15 Sunday afternoon. Several neighbors called police, voicing concerns about the way the man was handling his dog. A short time later, the man was hit in the stomach with something. He ended up being treated for a minor injury. The Reno Police Department and Regional Animal Control are investigating the accusations of animal abuse.
